He has excellent customer service and sales skills and demeanor. We told Leo we were just looking and he allowed us to do just that. But then I fell in Love with a white 2010 Infinity G3 with incredibly low miles. I am credit challenged and did not think I could get financed for the amount of the car so Leo suggested we make a reasonable offer and we did and I am now the proud owner of the G37. It makes buying a new car a pleasure when you a sales person like Leo. I also want to thank him for assisting us in transferring our belonging from the old vehicle to the new one, he had it washed and gassed up for us. Wow now that's awesome customer service. Larry promptly gree This past Sunday I brought in my wife's 2005 Nissan Altima for service after smelling something burning from under the car/engine. Larry promptly greeted me, took notes of the concerns, and said he'll have it checked. Turns out their was a plastic bag stuck under the exhaust. He also had a broken part from under the good replaced and when I came to pick up the car in the afternoon it was washed, vacuumed, and ready to go. Larry also helped out with a previous repair visit and he has proven to be friendly, reliable, and helpful. Thank you Larry and Carson Nissan!!! More
I Understand Why They Are #1 My 1998 Saturn was on its way to becoming a classic, and a new job requiring more driving got me to thinking about a new(er) car. I did internet rese My 1998 Saturn was on its way to becoming a classic, and a new job requiring more driving got me to thinking about a new(er) car. I did internet research for a couple weeks looking mostly at 1 to 3-year-old used cars that had good EPA mileage, could accommodate my 6'4" height comfortably, and were reasonably priced. I was going to trade in my Saturn and keep my Cadillac DTS. I sold Nissans back in the early 2000s for a couple years and had a great appreciation for their design, quality, and dependability, so I naturally gravitated to Nissan. The used ones were holding their value so well and the new ones were so competitively priced that I decided it was going to be new. I searched the inventory online at Carson Nissan. When I found a Versa SL sedan with the tech package in my favorite color, I knew that was going to be the car. I clicked on the "GET EPRICE" box. In less than 5 minutes, Fernando had sent a reply, quoted a price I could live with, and invited me in. I cleaned out the trunk of my Saturn, took it to the car wash, and headed to 1505 223rd Street with my title, registration, proof of income, insurance card, and checkbook. Met Fernando and was assigned to what proved to be a newer sales guy, Frank. Frank was very personable and friendly and eager to accommodate and before I knew it we were off on a test drive. Having driven the Versa extensively during my short sales career, I knew I was going to be pleased with the car, and I was. I love the electric power steering and the CVT. It has the headroom and legroom for my tall stature. I'm even comfortable in the back seat. And there have been many improvements on the car since my early experiences being trained on them back when they were introduced. Back in the office, Frank whipped out a 4-square proposal which made me smile. I told him what the deal was going to be. So much for my trade, so much cash down, I want the zero percent financing for the rest. He went off for awhile and came back with his closer. JD? DJ? Sorry, I can't remember his name. But he was very professional and low-key, told me why my trade-in wasn't worth what I wanted, made a fair compromise, told me why they couldn't meet my interest rate request but could come close (they did). I said, we have a deal and we shook hands. After a little while I was introduced to Lisa, in finance. Give her credit, she tried unsuccessfully to promote the extended warranty. But she did get me a better interest rate than initially, was quite efficient with all the paper, and had me out of there rather promptly with my new car and an appointment to get my LoJack installed/activated. I couldn't be happier, and the title of my review pretty well says it all. Great car, great price, great service, great people. More
