BEYOND HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!!!!! I had a above excellent experience this past Sunday at Carson Nissan. I came in looking to buy a car after I had recently totaled my car of 8 years i I had a above excellent experience this past Sunday at Carson Nissan. I came in looking to buy a car after I had recently totaled my car of 8 years in an accident. I was on a budget and had an idea of what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay for it. Earlier that day, I had gone in to a Hyundai dealership to shop around and had a very cold, negative and unpleasant experience. I was shopping with my mom (who is NOT an easy person to persuade) and, upon entering Nissan, we were assisted by Oscar. I immediately got a very comfortable vibe from him. He was very attentive, personable, nice, and willing to go out of his way to help us out. He got a good idea of what we were looking for and immediately showed me the car that I ended up purchasing. Oscar was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any and all of the questions that we had. He not only made me feel comfortable, but he also was able to make my mom feel comfortable (which isn't an easy thing to do). After test driving a couple of cars, we went back in to the office to figure out some numbers. This is where I got nervous because I knew that I was on a very tight budget. I also knew that my mom would be the one that needed the most persuading because she would be the one to put in the rest of the money that I would need to make this happen. Fortunately, Irvin came in and sat down with us and really used his persuasive and personable nature to win us over. Not only did he build on the rapport that Oscar built with us, but he went above and beyond to make us feel like this was the place that we needed to do business with. He connected with both myself and my mom by sharing of himself, but he also very clearly asked us what he needed to do to get our business. I am a person that truly values good customer service and between these two gentlemen I absolutely felt valued and important. I also visibly saw my mother's guard go down as the evening went on and I knew that I had not only been won over, but she had been won over as well. Overall, I had an absolutely amazing experience at Carson Nissan. I am not only ridiculously happy with my purchase, but I left that night feeling extremely taken care of. On the ride home, my mother told me that although she wasn't ready to buy a car quite yet, she would definitely come back to Carson Nissan to purchase her next car in the next year or so. My mother lives in Hollywood, so for her to be willing to come all the way to the other side of LA for a car means that she was really impressed. I would absolutely recommend your dealership to anyone and everyone. Thanks to Oscar and Irvin for a great experience and for my wonderful car!!!!! :) More

Best experience I've had purchasing a car. I was very impressed by how friendly, helpful, and professional all the staff were at this dealership. I stopped by with my father to look at the cars I was very impressed by how friendly, helpful, and professional all the staff were at this dealership. I stopped by with my father to look at the cars but I wasn't immediately sold so my father and I went to Honda and Toyota to see what they had to offer. Within an hour after checking the competition out my father and I went back to Nissan. Not only did we go back because of the car but I was getting a lot of help from the dealer that was helping my father and I. I think he went over and beyond, surpassing my expectations. The dealer that helped me was named Ramon Suarez and I can honestly say that he made the experience all the more better. Any question I had he answered, any doubt he cleared up, and he was very friendly. He payed close attention to what I wanted in a car and made sure to show me cars that I would most likely be interested. He did an amazing job, I was sold. I decided on purchasing the new versa note sv. I'm very happy with my car and I have Ramon to thank for that. Thank you so much! More
