The sales people at the other dealerships were nice enough and seemed adequately knowledgeable until we were referred to Carson Nissan by AAA. We were immediately contacted by Fernando via email but because of a scheduling conflict, Lai-Ce was the person we saw when we arrived. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the Leaf and was able to answer our questions with directness and a no-nonsense lacking at the other dealerships. Our experience never felt like we were being "sold" a car but instead guided in our choice of cars. Lai-ce was (and remains) available to answer questions via text and email. She is an invaluable employee and made our car buying experience a pleasure. More
