Very professional sales consultants. Was looking for a new Nissan Rogue and had been to other dealers before coming to this one. So I was surprised when Mr. Cho and Mr. Echeverria were pretty straightforward with me and I liked that. I decided to buy the car within an hour because it feels great dealing with professionals. Not sure if you are going to get a perfect deal here, but do give a try and you will not regret it. BTW, thanks to dealerrater.com, I would never have driven 40 miles to this place without seeing all these reviews. More

I made sure to really take my time doing research so I knew exactly what it was I wanted. Being the picky person that I am, I was very specific about every detail of the car I would get. I was not willing to compromise on much; including color, or packages. As fate would have it, that the exact Rogue I desired was nowhere to be found! After dealing briefly with a couple different dealers and having no luck, as well as no great experience... I was referred by a friend to Preston Han at Carson Nissan. Preston, as well as everyone else at Carson Nissan, were unbelievably helpful and worked tirelessly to get just what I wanted. When other dealers tried to get me to change my mind on color or packages because of availability, Preston only cared about what I WANTED- and not what was easy. With the constant updates and ongoing communication about the arrival of my Rogue, I wasn't left in the dark waiting and wondering. Carson Nissan's ability to deliver what was promised, as well as making a GREAT deal are all reasons I will continue to take my business to them as well as refer all of my friends! Lastly, and most importantly the sort of dealer/customer relationship that Preston is able to create is rare these days, it is the main reason i give Carson Nissan a 5/5! More

We test drove a Honda CRV, and a Toyota RAV4 before coming to Nissan of Carson. The experience at the previous two dealerships could not compare with the experience at Nissan of Carson. Most of this was due to Carson Nissan’s representative, John Ancheta. John helped us to find the right vehicle and never made us feel pressured at all. In fact it took us two days to decide. John ushered us through the paperwork and explained everything fully no matter how many questions we had. Thanks again John. The staff at Carson Nissan were very attentive and answered questions that I asked. I noticed that the two employees that were assisting me were working as a team, as I indicated to them that I wanted answered questions that I asked. I spoke with Mr. Creer for at least three months prior to my final decision and ability to purchase a new vehicle. He always kept me abreast of my options and remained patient along the way. Once I decided that it was time to buy, he took the time to introduce me to everyone that would be a part of the sales team, gave me a tour of the dealership, and made sure that while being price conscious, I would drive away fully satisfied. Thanks to Mr. Creer, I was able to not only get a great deal on an amazing vehicle, but I was also able to walk away without buyer's guilt/remorse and with a great huge smile on my face!
