My husband and I were looking at some cars on the lot and here comes my good old friend Martel with umbrella in hand since it was raining that day. He ask if we need any help we reply just looking. Martel reply just let me know if you need anything since it raining here's my umbrella so you will not get to wet. I thought that was very kind of Martel. To make a long story short we saw this ALTIMA that was calling our name. Me and my husband talk about letting the cube go and purchasing the car. We went looking for Martel on this matter and we became a new owner of 2014 Nissan ALTIMA. With all the help of Martel. He was there on our first car our second car. I gave Martel an excellent review because after visiting several dealerships that evening, he made me and my dad feel special. He took the time to show us cars in my price range, he worked with us well past several dealerships that evening, he made me and my dad feel special. The next day his excellent customer service still continued, he showed me and my husband the car before I was picking it up. He called to check on me, and when I came to pick up the vehicle he still treated me as if I just walked in.He kept his word on everything he said he would do for me and for that I appreciate it.
