I was looking to get a quote and some details online before I visited any store. I had back and forth e-mails with Lai-Ce for 2 days and she satisfied all my questions in detail specially about working out deals. She didn't force me to come to the store before she explained about their offers like some dealers do. When I came to the store all that needed to be done was the credit check and finding the car I want in stock. They did their very best to give me the monthly that I can afford. It took some time negotiating with the bank but Jessie was there the entire time to hang with us and keep us company. When I got my car the next day Martel was a cool guy that showed me around the car. It was a great experience working with these friendly people! More

Worst of all, the people we dealt with at other places.....hmmm....I can't even describe!!! I saw Carson's commercial Friday night and went online to search their inventory. I called and spoke with Larry, who gave me all the info I needed and made me feel confident that we could drive out with a car. I gathered my family and we made our way to the dealer. Once there we met Larry in person and Peter Choe. Peter got down to business with us and made it his goal to make sure we left with a car that same night, after we told him our situation. We were so happy when Peter walked in with a congratulatory hand shake! We were very pleased with the whole experience. It was straight talk and it took no time at all! I really appreciate Lisa Melkonian for working so fast on the financial part, it was way past 9pm and she was still going through everything with us. This is the third vehicle I have leased through Lai-ce, and she is fantastic. Pleasant and friendly, but with a no nonsense, straight forward manner, and, she has great follow-through. I have bought and leased many vehicles over the last 20 years and all, via the fleet/internet side of dealerships ranging from Toyota to Honda to VW to Hyundai and the last three with Nissan. Lai-ce is my favorite. Nissan's vehicles are of very good quality these days and I'm hoping they maintain that level. I am also hoping that she stays with your dealership. As the brands mentioned above all make very good vehicles, it's my relationship with Lai-ce that is more valuable to me than what manufacturer I end up going with. Service is another area that can make or break a dealership and thus far, I have been satisfied with the Carson department, the employee attitude and the work performed. The staff is pleasant, the work is done quickly, and the rates are in line with other facilities. The one thing I can never seem to make work is the on-line service booking. As a very competent computer user, I still cannot seem to get that portal to function. In my initial research of Nissan dealerships when I was looking for my first Leaf, I read hundreds of customer reviews. My conclusion; Nissan dealers in Southern California are AWFUL. They got failing marks in all areas when compared to other brands. All that is, except for Carson Nissan. Your dealership stood as the only one recommended and so far exceeds the performance of the rest that it was an easy choice. Then I found Lai-ce, and voila! More

Based on my good credit, I did qualify for Nissan zero-percent financing, which allowed me to take delivery immediately, without delaying visits to external banks for paperwork and checks. The dealership provided me with a driver and free ride, when I returned my rental car, and I needed to return to the dealership to drive-off my new car. More
I and my friend walked in without appointment on a Sunday afternoon checking out 2014 Rogue. The first sales rep Kevin greeted us and tried to locate the Rogue for us but couldn't find one and said the only afternoon checking out 2014 Rogue. Then he is gone, left me and friend standing in the Parking Lot waiting without asking us to step inside the building to wait. After about 10 minutes we saw the vehicle is back to the lot and parked. However, no one has come to us again to show us the car. We then walked to vehicle checking it out about 10 minutes but still no one come so we had to walk in asking someone if they can show us the Rogue. Martel passed by and was very friendly, greeted us and took us to check out the vehicle and let us test drove it. That was why I only give OK to the customer service and only good for the friendliness as the first experience wasn't feel very good. But Martel, Alberto, and Henry was very friendly and helpful during the vehicle introduction, locating the color combination I want, price negotiation, paperwork process, and vehicle delivery. Overall I would give 8 out 10 points and thank you Alberto, Martel, and Henry! More
