The first thing that needs to be noted here is how friendly the people were. My mom and I came in to get the Nissan Rogue and I liked how we were greeted warmly and nicely right off the bat and were o friendly the people were. After buying the car, my mom and I sat in the lobby waiting for it and some employee cleaning around us even stopped to have a banter about our new car and seemed genuinely excited for us. Anyway, I don't know much about the process of buying, but from what I sat through, it was pretty fast and easy. JJ and Henry, the salesmen, were amiable and easy-going about the whole thing. They answered all of our questions, were attentive with any concerns, and found ways to accommodate us financially. Overall, it was a good experience with this dealership and I would totally recommend it. As for the car, my mom really loves it and she's happy with her purchase. More

Carson Nissan's service department treated me like royalty! There was a software upgrade needed for my Leaf, and I brought my car there for the first time. I had another errand down the 405 that day and per my lease agreement on the Leaf, I took advantage of one of their gas powered autos (needed for the longer drive) for the day while they serviced my car. Carl Taylor was super friendly and easy to work with. It was clear to me that I would always return here for my service needs, and ask for him! Christina Martinez, another service advisor was there and all smiles. Roy Schilder secured me a brand new Nissan Rogue, chuckling and kidding around, especially when I asked for a car with a USB port to keep my failing cell phone charged. I guess that is pretty much standard these days! I enjoyed the Rogue, and really appreciated returning to a still-smiling service department, even though it was now late afternoon. The icing on the cake was that my car had been charged, and carefully washed! More

The service which Nissan Carson, with Mohammed in person, had welcomed me with, was without issues. Nice location, friendly faces and transparent negotiations.
