Mohammed was great, he went way out of his way to make sure I was happy. I knew I was well looked after while he was helping me, and that's not so common among car salesman these day's. Prior to going to Carson Nissan, we went to Cerritos Nissan, then Universal Nissan, and were very dissatisfied with our experience. After speaking with Fernando, I feel differently about dealing with car salesmen. He listened to what I wanted, explained everything I needed to know about the vehicle, and answered all of my questions. His personality was very warm. I felt like I was speaking with my brother. I dreaded going to another dealership, but doing business with Fernando was a great experience. It was a very good experience,Henry Bautista, our sales consultant was willing to work with me and my husband on a reasonable price for the car. I definitely recommend this dealership and would advise anyone not to go the Hooman Nissan of Long Beach on 1800E Spring street they where the opposite, to much of a hassle with the price, the manager gave us a hard time he quoted us a price then changed the price of the car. He did not keep his word ,you do not need to deal with people like that. More
