My wife and I were looking at buying a used car. An older gentleman came to help but didn't know too much. John soon came over to help which is what we needed. Came in to purchase a 2013 Nissan Sentra and discovered why Carson Nissan is number one. The customer service was fantastic. No pressure and very helpful. They had the car that we wanted on the lot, but th why Carson Nissan is number one. The customer service was fantastic. No pressure and very helpful. Rather than just perform a quick-fix to cover it up, they searched their inventories at their other locations and found us a car that was even better than what we expected. Sal did a great job keeping us updated on how long it would be before the car arrived from the downtown LA warehouse and the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and inviting. Seating areas outside were comfortable and pleasant as well. Our credit is not great, but during the financing process, we were never made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed like we have at other dealerships and they really worked hard to get us an awesome deal. I arrived with my 2 daughters, for whom I was buying the car. Lai-Ce was expecting us and remembered which car I was interested in. She then introduced us to Larry, who showed us the features of the car and let us take a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of our questions. We decided to buy the car, so went back to go over all the financials with Lai-Ce, who handled the negotiations very professionally. Once the paperwork was ready, we went to Finance where we met with Mehdi. Mehdi explained each item carefully, and the numbers in the final paperwork was exactly what we had talked about with Lai-Ce. No surprises! Our car was presented to us by Larry, who made sure it was sparkling clean and full of gas. All in all, it was a positive experience. I was glad that my daughters had a chance to experience how car-buying should be, so that they know what to expect when they buy their next cars on their own someday. More

He scheduled a shuttle to take me home while they serviced my car, and ensured that it was finished in a reasonable amount of time. Cory was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and kept me updated on the status of my car throughout the service. He also caught an error that another service advisor made on my order, informed me of it, and corrected it right away. Because of him, I will not be going anywhere else to get my car serviced.
