I was scouting for quotes for the new Nissan Altima. Out of 15-odd dealers contacted, 5 responded with good quotes but Carson won because of the responsiveness of Lai-Ce. In the end, I went with this dealership even though I was getting a slightly better quote elsewhere, because Lai-Ce came across as very friendly and straightforward as opposed to salespeople at other dealerships who were more interested in getting me into the dealership before committing to anything. Once we decided on the price over email, I went in and the service was awesome again. Within minutes, the actual car was bought out and Eugene Cho gave us a very informative test drive. Then Lai-Ce went over the paperwork quickly, and we were done! It was the smoothest car buying experience, and I got a very very good deal on the car. I was out of there (test drive and all included) in less than 2 hours! A special word for Eugene as well: He was really friendly and made me and my friends feel comfortable for the time we were there. This is not your typical car dealership, which says a lot. Plus they have a huge lot and must be one of the largest Nissan dealerships in the area, so the selection is good. More

On Wednesday we met Fernando at the lot and he showed us the car and was able t made the call to Carson Nissan on a Tuesday and spoke with Fernando.
