She was waiting for me at my appointment and helped me make my final decision. She was honest and friendly which I really appreciated. Buying a car can be nerve racking but Lai-ce made it is. I would not hesitate to call her again or to send anyone with her. I can't remember the name of the man who helped with the financial /final paperwork. He was also someone I felt comfortable working with. He explained everything in detail and was willing to answer questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I will always recommend Carson Nissan! For economic reasons we had to down size with one of our vehicles. We went back to Carson Nissan where we had purchased it just over a year ago. We talk to him about what we needed to do. He understood, then brought in Ethaniel Baxter who took my wife out for a test drive with the vehicle she picked out. After we discussed it by ourselves and she liked the vehicle, we went back in to Preston went over everything and decided to purchase it. The paperwork and vehicle detailing went smoothly, then Ethaniel showed her how everything worked and even set up her phone to the bluetooth, then we were on our way home. We would not have traveled 30 miles to this dealership for our third purchase if they did not care and treat their customers fairly. More
