She was waiting for me at my appointment and helped me make my final decision. She was honest and friendly which I really appreciated. Buying a car can be nerve racking but Lai-ce made it is. I would not hesitate to call her again or to send anyone with her. I can't remember the name of the man who helped with the financial /final paperwork. He was also someone I felt comfortable working with. He explained everything in detail and was willing to answer questions. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I will always recommend Carson Nissan!
