I frequent this location for 5000 mile oil changes and maintenance every 2 months, since I drive a lot between Los Angeles and Seatte. This Carson Nissan Delearship has proved to be CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT from Max in Car/Truck sales, to Both Daniels and Carlos in Service Dept and the great people taking money in the cashiers department! Bad to worse My 2 year old car which i bought from you is in service right now to fix the transmission. Reps won't let me talk to the finance department about refi My 2 year old car which i bought from you is in service right now to fix the transmission. Reps won't let me talk to the finance department about refinancing my high interest rate.I was told its not going to make a difference. They then try to convince me to trade in my two year old car, which is in service to fix the obnoxious transmission, with zero down payment. After test driving and running the numbers they ask for 2,500 down. So in my case they sold me a lemon 2 years ago, won't let me sit down with a person in finance and relentlessly try to sell me another car. Luckily I bought an extra warranty so they'll fix the transmission (hopefully). I'll just need to pay my "$100 deductible" for the defective transmission they sold me. As for the first five free service appointments they promised, well, they never preformed the tire rotations. Upon completion of the fifth and final service I realized, due to the uneven tread on my front tires that they had never been rotated. After getting attitude from the service rep he finally took the car back in and had them rotated. He tried to avoid that by telling me "you need new tires anyway". More
