I called Veronica and explained what I had wanted. When my husband and I came in cliff greeted us, but we waited for her. Veronica was prompt in her response to my request for information. Her pricing was amongst the lowest. She then followed up by telephone to ensure that I got the info she sent. It showed that all the employees worked as a family more than just a team to get my business. When all is done, she made sure that we were totally satisfied and repeatedly asked us to contact her if there were anything that she could assist about the car or services.
