I had a great experience at Carson Dealer today. I waited for over an hr. but thanks to Larry's attentions and charisma it made it feel like 5 min or even less. I just got a nissan LEAF for lease, actually from different dealership. Unfortunately the salesperson I got a deal from was not too helpful for the details so I gave up on him but I needed to set up different dealership. I remembered the salesman mentioned that he was going to get me a car from this dealership(Carson Nissan) so I decided to try to call them for help. They helped me to connect with Internet sales manager immediately, so I got to connect with this lady, Lei-Ce. She told me to help me even though I didn't get my car from this dealership! I hopped in my new LEAF and drove there. I met her and she even helped me for another program, california state tax rebate which that salesman didn't even know or mention. after that, she came to my car and helped me to set up everything(I knew she was busy but she took more than one hour to explain everything about LEAF only for me)! I was sooooo glad that I found this place and her, I wish I got my car from this dealership so that I would not have to be worried about any kind of service. Writing this review of Christian Ivankich is indeed a pleasure. He was more than professional. I gave me full attention and made me felt like I was very special. The reason I said that, is because I spoke with him earlier from my office about the letter I had received regarding trade in. My car(2009 Nissan Sentra) is paid for and had NO thoughts of buying another car. I mainly was interested in the prize I had won according to the letter. Christian introduced me to one of the sales consultant and he took me see the cars. I explained that I was not buying just looking. When he showed me the features, such as, blue tooth, sun roof, GPS, keyless, etc, which I didn't have. I was very impressed. To make a long story short, I agreed to buy but not satisfied with the price, my trade in amount, nor the monthly payments. Christian being a Christian, talked to every manager on premise to give me what I wanted. I didn't win the Ipad but I left there driving a new 2012 Nissan Sentra. Also, I want to say the entire team at the Carson Nissan are great people to work with. I really appreciate their personal concern of the customer and try to help them according to their needs. More
