Customer service was much better than other nissan dealers I have visited this past week, who saw me as a young girl they didnt want to take seriously instead of a customer willing to pay for a very e dealers I have visited this past week, who saw me as a young girl they didnt want to take seriously instead of a customer willing to pay for a very expensive purchase. I did want a specific feature in my car (light grey interiors instead of black) that both sales people refused existed at first, even when I explained that i test drove that same car with it not long ago, all they had to say was "of course I am not going to argue with you, the customer is always right." I felt they could have at least tried to help me find that, since that is what I wanted. Other than that, they were good to haggle with on the price, I got what i wanted, John went above and beyond to get my car that was located somewhere other than the lot at the office, and Lisa didnt try to talk me into things I did not want, she was great to work with expecially since they all stayed so late, an hour after closing to get me my car. :) More
