It was also easy to get a hold of him via phone and email. While shopping for a new car, I honestly can say that dealing with most car salespeople can be offputting. They often don't listen, they want to sell you a car that's not exactly what you want, and they're only interested if you're purchasing that day. Christian was none of that! He offered a good price and great customer service for the Nissan Juke that I wanted! I recommend him if you want a "straight shooter" who is definitely there to "earn your business". More

My experience at Carson Nissan was defined by Irvin Vasquez, who was fantastic in every way. Irvin was such a joy to speak with and was so knowledgeable and honest that I remembered him long after we hung up the phone. Unexpectedly, I showed up at the dealership weeks later and somehow Irvin remembered everything about our conversation. At that time I had become reluctantly interested in buying a minivan. He showed me the Nissan Quest and gave me his personal experiences on owning a minivan in the past. The pros he shared of owning a minivan were authentic and felt nothing at all like a sales pitch. At that moment, I gained some comfort with the idea of driving a minivan versus an SUV. Through my ongoing search process Irvin remained very accessible, eager to help and a pleasure to speak with. His sense of humor also made it fun to pass time. From a pricing standpoint, he gave me a deal that I couldn't pass up. Another dealership gave me a deal that turned out to be "too good to be true". Once they admitted such, and I told them about the deal that Carson Nissan offered, they told me "get off the phone with us and go get that Quest now before those guys change their minds. That's a deal that we cannot beat here." Those are the words that any customer loves to hear. In order to meet my family's required time frame for a new vehicle, Irvin secured our vehicle at another dealership and made arrangements for it to be picked up immediately. Kathie Azrate fought traffic during peak period to retrieve the vehicle and see that we received it immediately. As a team, Irvin and Kathie delivered our new vehicle to our home, which was an awesome touch. There is nothing like sitting on your front step and seeing your brand new car being pulled into your driveway by the people who helped make it possible. What a great memory to keep. When we visited the car dealership and started browsing, a random sales associate walked to us and offered to help, and when we said we were just browsing he walked away.
