My wife and I went out in search of a new car, and had at least 3 different dealerships in Carson that we were going to visit. Carson Nissan was our first stop and we had intentions of buying right away, bu least 3 different dealerships in Carson that we were going to visit. Carson Nissan was our first stop and we had intentions of buying right away, but we never thought we buy from the first dealership we stopped at. When we arrived at Carson Nissan we were met by Arturo (Salesman) and he immediately helped us find exactly what we wanted. He was polite, personable, friendly and the most important part to us was, he listened and wasnt pushy. During what is usually the worst part of buying a car, (the price negotiation) we were helped by James (MNGR). James was great! We understand the process of buying a new or used car. We know that they are in the business of making money and they have to get the best price for their respective business, but it seemed like they understood that we had a budget and we could not deviate from that budget. After making a deal, we had to wait for the the car to be inspected since it was brand new to the dealership and during that time, James and Arturo made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When we left they washed and detailed the car, filled the tank with gas and even showed us how to use some of the new features of the car. They didnt treat us like just another number, and that is what counts when you are buying anything. My wife and I have purchased several cars in our life, and I have to say that this was the best experience out of them all. I hope people read this and choose to go to Carson Nissan, and have the same experience that we had. A big thanks to James, Arturo and the entire team at Carson Nissan. You guys are awesome!!!! More

I started finding out about the vehicle I wanted about 2 days ago. I chatted online with the specialists. They then told me that they would send me information about the cars that I was interested in. They days ago. I chatted online with the specialists. They then told me that they would send me information about the cars that I was interested in. They had informed Irvin Vasquez of the vehicle that I was interested. He took time to call me to talk to me about the car. He listed the cars that he had in inventory. He had sent me an email later that day communicating with me to see if I would be interested in going to the dealership to test drive and talk about the vehicles. The next day he confirmed my presence at the dealership. I had reassured him that I was going to show up!!! :) When I pulled into the dealership I was greeted by Larry Morales about 10 seconds after I stepped out of my car. He had asked me the reason for my visit to Carson Nissan. I had told him that I had an appointment with Irvin. He explained the process that Irvin would be helping with my trade in and that he (Larry) would be showing the car of my interest. Irvin asked for my keys so that they could appraise my car that I would be replacing. In the meantime Larry was showing me the 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid. He was very patient and explained everything about the car. He was able to answer all my questions that I had about the car. He let me test drive the car. That went very well. When we got back to the dealership we went inside and started talking numbers! After going back and forth for a little we struck a deal. I must say both of them were a pleasure to interact with. We joked with each other and it was a very comfortable experience. I was never pressured to to buy anything. I would definitely recommend Carson Nissan to all my family and friends. I will definitely be back in the future to buy another car. I like that they made sure to detail my car and put gas in my car. I never got that at the last dealership. After having the car for a day Irvin called me to check up on me to see how I liked it and if things were going well. I told him that they were. I am supposed to take my car into Carson Nissan on Friday May 4th for the installation of my Lo-Jack and my Automate (I think thats how you spell it lol). I am ready for a great experience. More

We went in looking for something economical and came out with a steal. John and Alberto were really helpful and friendly. What I especially liked about these 2 guys was that they were really up-front and with a steal. John and Alberto were really helpful and friendly. What I especially liked about these 2 guys was that they were really up-front and honest with us. Whenever we had a question or doubts about our purchase they'd lend themselves to help. They went ahead and helped us get a good deal on the car and never felt any pressure to buy the car at that moment. As a matter of fact it took us 5 days to actually buy the car, yet they called us and told us that they were working and that they'd agreed on a deal and so we went ahead and finished the deal and got ourselves a new car. I 110% recommend for anyone out there looking to buy a Nissan, to contact these guys and they will not steer you wrong. They have made a customer and a reference for life.
