Linda was from the beginning cordial, personable, and professional in determining the availability of the hard to find model I was searching for. Within a few days she had the exact model and we set an appointment. Her co-worker Larry Morales met me promptly and proceeded to got through the car's features. We took a test drive and then Linda helped my wife and I through to options for purchase. There was never a moment where we felt uncomfortable or pressured to buy - very professional. Due to their collective efforts, my attitude towards the car-buying process has been changed, at least at their dealership. Overall, a satisfying experience for a process that is often not one. More
