Both ladies were very professional from my first encounter with Carson Nissan. I started with Linda Webber to obtain a Nissan Leaf and she delivered on every promise she made. Lai-Ce Shum was the icing on the cake at the time of vehicle delivery. Lai-Ce previewed every aspect of the Leaf with my team at UCLA. She provided specialized training on the vehicle operation and was extremely knowledgeable of the product. She was pleasant, patient and very thorough. Professor Nagy and the Fleet Manager were very complimentary of her skills, knowledge and abilities. Lai-Ce took time to point out special features and even upgradable options we had not purchased on the base model Leaf. As a result, we will be purchasing another Leaf upgraded to the next trim level. Great Job! More

Very Very impressed with the service I recieved! Friendly staff. Being that I was going in for a warranty repair, I figuered they would try to get me get me to pay for some extra service. Boy was I wrong! No staff. Being that I was going in for a warranty repair, I figuered they would try to get me get me to pay for some extra service. Boy was I wrong! Not only was my repair fully covered, Their inspection revealed other issues that, get this, IS covered 100% by warranty! My wife and I had just come from the nearby Kia dealership (where we had been largely ignored despite their army of staff) and next-door Toyota (where the salesman were so aggressive as to leave us dealership (where we had been largely ignored despite their army of staff) and next-door Toyota (where the salesman were so aggressive as to leave us totally frazzled) - however Carson Nissan salesman Martel got it just right; relaxed, friendly and welcoming. It was 'no problem' to check out several cars - we test drove a new Versa,explored a Cube and finally spotted an '09 Scion xB that fitted our needs. My wife had been keen to try a manual (i.e. stick shift) version which this was - however test driving it proved challenging finding the gears with a couple of mis-shifts (purely user error!) Martel didn't blink an eyelid but waited for us to be stationary before tactfully pointing out the correct shifting pattern - again, just a really gracious touch that showed great courtesy and that we appreciated. Afterwards I needed a night to finish my research and 'sleep on it' and without pressuring us for paperwork, downpayment, etc. Martel offered to 'keep it in the back' for us. By the following day my wife and I agreed the xB was the one we were looking for - and the fact that our experience with Martel had been really positive didn't hurt! The rest of the staff that helped us with the sale - A.C., Alberto and Lisa - all showed the same helpful, straightforward, non-pushy style; props to them and to this excellent dealership. More
