First of all, they were always available when I called or emailed. They were extremely polite, knowledgeable and friendly, even warm. Lai-Ce even went the extra mile and delivered my car to my door after I purchased it (I had a paint protector and Lo-Jack installed so the car stayed at the dealer for two days after I bought it). I can not recommend this dealership highly enough, and I am in the customer service industry! More
