My husband knew exactly what he wanted for his “dream” car (including trim, options, accessories, colors, etc). He’d been "window shopping" for a few months, and wanted me to go with him to look at the new Pathfinders. Today, on the spur of the moment while out, I suggested we go to just take a look. Carson Nissan is close to home, so we decided to go there first. Also, we knew it was under new management, and wanted to check them out. John Ancheta was the first salesperson to approach us. I hesitated to talk to him, since we were "still looking" and I didn't want to waste his time. However, John was so friendly and helpful, we decided to take a test drive. The 2011 Pathfinder exceeded our expectations! We decided to go inside, and seriously consider at the feasibility of actually buying one at this time. We knew very little, other than what we wanted and what we could pay. All the sales personnel worked with us: listening to our concerns, adjusting their offers to meet our needs, and explaining the pricing and financing in detail. We were treated with respect, and never felt unduly pressured. John gave us his personal attention, patient through the entire process, and walked us through each step. John is quite knowledgeable; but if he didn't know something, he said so, and directed us to a person who could answer. He also gave us a good overview of the new vehicle's options and functions before we went home. I found in John a good balance of presenting the product without pushing too hard. He allowed others to conduct business as necessary, but stayed involved in the discussion, taking responsibility for his customers. We are very satisfied with John Ancheta, our salesperson, and with the Carson Nissan dealership as a whole. We definitely offer our recommendation. I would also like to commend Lisa M in Finance. She explained each step, signature, and form. It’s far too easy for that paperwork to be confusing and overwhelming. Lisa made it easily understood by her friendly, patient, and detail-oriented manner. I KNOW we never thought we’d actually come home today with my husband’s dream car… but there it is, out front! We are looking forward to enjoying our new ride for a long time. (Next: will the service department live up to expectations as well.) More

Buying a new car is very nerve wrecking but Gilmar and Albert helped us out and eased our concerns. My brother and I went to Nissan Carson to inquire about trade-ins and went back home driving a brand new 2011 Nissan Juke. I went on the internet to locate info on Gia/Nissan autos.I submitted an auto loan finance application to CarPro Gia and Carson Nissan.A Michelle Peratta from the Nissan dealer and Julie Wong from CarP autos.I submitted an auto loan finance application to CarPro Gia and Carson Nissan.A Michelle Peratta from the Nissan dealer and Julie Wong from CarPro called me back the next day.However,Julie Wong was rather gruff and unintelligable.Mrs. Peratta was courteous,helpful and spoke English quit well.On 06/17/2011,I decided to visit both dealerships.I went to Carson Nissan first.Initially,I talked to "Laice"(Peratta was on vacation),who introduced me to Martel Creer,Sales Consultant.He provided me with a good attitude,technical support and quality customer service in a timely/positive manner.Also,he provided me with free coffee at his own expense.Later,after the auto purchase was finilized,he took me around and introduced me to everyone in the dealership.A free carwash and a full tank of gas was also provided free of charge.These additional services reinforced my decision to select this dealer as being the right decision.I did not need to go to CarPro Gia.Later,I met Alex Farrookh,the Finance Mgr. to complete the paperwork.The cumbersome paperwork was completed in a timely manner.I inquired about the LoJack Protection Systems and Security Plus Plans available.Both were explained to me in clear and concise detail with all options.I decided on the LoJack System only.He was very helpful,courteous,professional and knowledgeable.The entire dealership supplied my wants and needs,treating me as you would want to be treated yourself.I believe this dealership will become known for its excellent customer service.Overtime,I think it will bring in more customers than any promotions and price slashing that can be done.In summary,They did not make any promises that they could not keep,they listened to my concerns/viewpoint,were helpful even though there was no profit in it.,took the extra step and threw in extra benefits.All the staff was helpful,courteous and professional.On a scale of 1 thru 10,1 being the worst and 10 being the best,I would give this dealership a 10 without reservations.
