My experience with Carson Nissan was five star quality!!! From the get go Marvin was ready to answer my million and one questions about the cars I was interested in. I very much appreciated that he not only showed me the Altima but also the Sentra...I drove both and although the Altima would be a better sale for him I did not feel any pressure to get the more expensive car. Once Marvin had me test drive both cars, answered all my questions, and showed me the great features each car had to offer it was time to crunch the numbers. When all my information was taken and we were figuring out the specifics Alberto joined in to help close the deal. Allberto is the assistant sales manager and was another very helpful and insightful person. Alberto made it easy for me to understand what I could afford and what my options were as far as lease or buy and monthly payments. When I made my decision I decided on the 2011 Nissan Altima and I absolutely love it. The final step was to go to the finance department, where I met Alex. Once again another great person. Alex was very patient with all of the paper work and explaining to me what I was signing as well as what it meant. If and when I had a question on something he was extremely knowledgeable and always had a quick answer. Alex made me feel very sure of what I was signing. Overall, everyone at Carson Nissan was awesome!!!!!! More

Michelle and Martel were very friendly, professional, and made our car buying experience easy. During our search for a new car we visited many dealerships(mostly Nissan) but none provided the level of customer service that Carson Nissan provided. It was clear that many other dealerships dont offer you a good price until you negotiate for hours. And even then it may not be a god price. At that point, I've already lost trust. Michelle and Martel were able to offer a good price right away, making our decision to buy a Sentra an easy one! Carson Nissan has an incredibly professional feel and atmosphere. Everyone was freindly, courteous, and welcoming. Best of all there were no pushy sales tactics and no pushy sales people! If you want a great car buying experience I would highly recommend Carson Nissan. After all, driving a new car is a great feeling, so shouldn't buying one also be? More
