This dealership continually offers friendly, prompt and excellent service. Today I had a problem (a "check engine soon" light - the first time I've ever seen it stay on in this car), and the first thought excellent service. Today I had a problem (a "check engine soon" light - the first time I've ever seen it stay on in this car), and the first thought that came to Mike was the gas cap - and it was indeed a loose gas cap. The problem was taken care of in about 3 hours on a very busy Saturday (which includes time for an overall diagnostic inspection and an oil change as well), and they still made time to promptly drop me off at home, and promptly pick me up when the car was ready. Fixing this was *free* - as was the car wash and the vehicle inspection report (which I am glad they did, as it brought a problem caused by usual wear and tear to light which I'll be taking care of within a month or two). The only thing I paid for today was an oil change - but my last oil change I didn't have to pay for as I used a coupon they mailed me to get a *free* oil change. I really must say that this dealership knows how to take care of their customers, and pays attention to detail. I remember earlier in the year, when I was trying to figure out how to get a notoriously hard to get off parking sticker off my car so I could replace it with a new one. The thought occurred to me - call Carson Nissan, and see what they say. I called expecting various instructions, but they simply said to bring it in and they'll do it at no charge (which they did). *All* the employees at Carson Nissan have *always* been courteous, kind and very helpful to me. Also, when I have questions, I get a full explanation of what is going on with my car. And, I must say, they are lucky to have Mike Garcia as a Service Consultant. Not only does he know what he's doing, and not only does he have an extraordinarily friendly and helpful attitude towards customers; he also knows how to service cars very, very efficiently. More

This is my follow up Dealerrater from my previous posted. I was contacted by Mike and Linda after leaving the Carson Nissan dealership and was pleased to see they were able to turn the sales around. Mike Retheford kept in contact and followed up like a true professional. From FedEx - ing accessories to delivering the vehicle to the Matson dock he went over and above any salesmanship I have experienced. He followed up with both documentation and tracking information. Mr Retheford was always available to provide an update during the entire transaction. Linda Webber too was a great help too. As the Internet manager she was able to work with floor management and Keep the deal alive. She overnight mailed documents / contracts to complete the purchase in a timely fashion. She too followed up via email and phone communication. I received the Nissan Cube the other day and everything was perfect. I received the vehicle I wanted at the price we had negotiated. This could not have happened without the professional efforts of Mike and Linda! I originally saw an Internet posting of this vehicle while at home in Maui. Upon my first phone contact with Mr. Retheford, he was far from your stereotype of a car salesperson. Honesty, ethics, communication skills, and being simply personable are just a few trait of this salesperson. I would highly recommend any potential buyer to work with Mike. Having owned BMW for the last several years I decided the hastles at the BMW dealer was going to push me in another direction. I contacted several dealers including Nissan dealers. The only Nissan dealer who listened to what I was looking for and bent over backwards to find my vehicle was Carson Nissan. Even after the vehicle was located they were very good at streamlining the purchasing process having most of the paperwork already completed by the time I arrived at the dealership so it didnt take hours to get the matter concluded. What I found most interesting was even after the deal was sealed I noticed the next day that the vehicle didnt have floormats. I called Michelle to ask about floormats and she indicated that some vehicles didnt come with floormats but she would see that a set was shipped to me. Checking the invoice floormats were not included yet the Dealership went out of thier way to see that I was satisfied. Its the little extra that makes the differance. I have dealers less than 5 miles from my house yet I would drive the 50 miles to this dealer just because of how I was treated....If you are looking for a Nissan be sure to check these guys out. You wont be dissapointed More

I truly enjoyed my time at Carson Nissan dealership. My goal was to leave with a car and the team made it happen; especially, Larry Morales. Larry is very kind and understanding.
