They took their time to show us all the features in the car; they set up my Bluetooth for me, preset my radio, just did everything they possible could to make sure we were completely satisfied. After our purchase, they both provided their cell phone numbers and followed up with us immediately after we left and the next day. Mike is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to help his customers. Mike is kind and more than willing to help after the purchase. He updated us and made sure everything (paperwork, etc) was finalized and without discrepancies. I went in to purchase a car on a Friday night and the manager I worked with was comprehensive with the issues I was faced with in purchasing a new vehicle. No pressure from the dealers they said I could come back and my information and options would be there for me. I went to other dealerships that same night, they were no where as understanding as they claim to be, they showed me all the awards they had one but were not willing to give me any good deals. Needless to say I went back to Carson Nissan the next day and my information was there and there was no hassle of trying to get my deal again. No one said "I knew you would be back" they just sat me down and offered me to look at the car again if I liked to be sure. They were an awesome no pressure dealership and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends. More
