I initially dealt with Eugene on the phone to settle on a purchase price and then met with Peter at the dealership to finalize the purchase. Peter set me up with Jaime and Jaime was able to match the financing that my credit union had quoted me. That made my purchase experience even better. I was going to pick up my car the next day but fell ill, Eugene came in to work an hour early and personally delivered my car to me. I couldn't be more grateful to him for going out of his way for me. More
