It was an overall great experience. I don't remember the name of the online representative who I chatted with but she made sure to provide the Internet Sales Manager John Ancheta with all of my information. From the moment Internet Sales Manager John contacted me, he was honest, courteous, respectful, showed genuine interest in assisting me and he was patient. He answered all of my questions and he did not rush me into purchasing a vehicle that I did not want. When I arrived to the dealership I gave him the stock number of the vehicle I was interested in and test drove that specific vehicle. He never tried to show me a different vehicle nor did he try to sell me a different vehicle in which I was not interested in. I test drove the vehicle of my choice. When I was in the office with Finance Manager Roland Ocampo, until the very last minute he worked different options to see what better monthly payments I'd qualify for and what suited my needs best. Finance Manager Roland was friendly, courteous, answered all my questions and his customer service was genuine. I got other extra offers that overall have made my first time buyer experience an unforgettable one. I didn't show it but my heart was filled with Joy and Gratitude. I am glad I chose to purchase my first new vehicle from Carson Nissan. If I could go back and purchase a new vehicle again, I'd choose Carson Nissan, John Ancheta and Roland Ocampo. The entire staff was friendly. From the moment I walked in, everyone had a smile on their face and the receptionist with prompt due diligence assisted me in contacting John Ancheta and letting him know I had arrived. We met and made the deal with Irvin Vasquez who was great because he focused on what we wanted and kept assuring us that he will try his best on getting the deal we wanted. I walked in to Carson Nissan not even thinking I would walk out with a new 2017 Nissan Altima. Both Irvin & Fidel Armendariz worked well together as a team which as a manager myself I love to see team work because it makes everything run smoother. We woke up in the emergency room and thankfully we are OK! The 2017 Nissan rogue had great safety reviews and it is bigger than the versa I used to have. I first walked in there with my husband and a salesman asked if we needed help. Unfortunately he wasn't very much help and if anything he made me feel discouraged about being able to afford the car I wanted. At that point he gave us his card and left. As we were standing there bummed out heading back to our car another salesman named Eric "happy" Nevarez ran into us while we were heading out. He asked if we needed anything. We told him that we had one more question but the other salesman gave us his card and left. He said he could help us. He had a much better attitude and he made us feel like it was possible. Eric had us go inside to check my credit which is just under 800. So I had no problem. Eric brought us to Ruben Garcia who is also very kind and helped me with all the little gadgets on my new car. I love my car so much! If it wasn't for running into Eric just before we were about to leave, I definitely wouldn't of gotten a car that day with how the first salesman made me feel.
