As I drove into the bustling service center I was met with smiles of energetic employees rushing to greet me. As I walked inside, Jeff quickly greeted me and let me know I would be helped shortly. This was an extremely busy day, however, Jeff worked quickly to inspect my car and asked the questions needed to recommend the services my car needed. Jeff gave me an estimated wait-time. The waiting area is impeccably clean and the big, comfy couches allow for the wait-time to pass quickly. The "promised' wait-time was less than initially stated. Jeff remained completey professional as he explained what was done and possible future issues. Jeff made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. I drove away feeling like a valuable customer and happy to return in three months. More

Feels like I've been scammed I was told that I would be able to refinance after at least 1 year but it doesn't seem possible because a month AFTER I took delivery of a used car, t I was told that I would be able to refinance after at least 1 year but it doesn't seem possible because a month AFTER I took delivery of a used car, they got me financed by a company that doesn't report to the credit bureaus. Not only that, they are stating that it's "required" for me to have a $500 deductible for comprehensive and collision each. That's something I never heard of or agreed to. I can't find the finance company on the BBB website nor does the finance company have their own website. Seems like I'll be stuck with this car until I pay it off. Note: 2/3 of the monthly payment is interest. More
