Smooth new car purchase! (on 06/25/2016) This is a delayed review, but just wanted to acknowledge the people that helped me purchase a new car here! As a first time car buyer I just felt weary of offers at car dealerships but here they were very straightforward and they will work with you if you are a little tight with income. Originally I was looking to purchase a 2016 Versa SV, but got a better offer and promotion getting a 2016 Sentra S instead. Things went smoothly overall, and when there was a mistake with the estimate for the car, after showing them the recommended price on TrueCar, they went and adjusted the price of the vehicle immediately after, which lowered my finance APR from 10% to 4.9%! My credit score was in decent shape (between 694-745) so I felt that it's one of the reasons they were willing to work with me getting this car. Unfortunately I had to drop the extended warranty later on, but even that went well without any hesitation. I really enjoy driving my 2016 Sentra now and I want to thank Eric, Fidel and Roland for being helpful and awesome overall with the whole car purchase experience! More

Great Service I drove into the customer service bay around 7:30 AM, and a customer service rep immediately came out and signed me up. And then I asked him if the customer shuttle was available; it was, and I got on board and was dropped off in front of my work place. About two hours later I got a call telling me my car was ready.
