Nissan Carson GTR Review To start off, I found the 2015 Black Edition GTR on carguru.com and called in for an appointment. Jaynner, who was a new salesman, approached us to To start off, I found the 2015 Black Edition GTR on carguru.com and called in for an appointment. Jaynner, who was a new salesman, approached us to cater to our needs and inquiries of the GTR they had in stock.I didn't want to spend more time on back and forth negotiations so I requested Jaynner to bring the sales manager for us. Jaynner immediately responded to our request without hesitation. The sales manager on duty that answered our request was Irvin Vasquez. He was courteous and the best part is that he went straight to the point of the price. No games and hours of negotiation necessary. Jaynner was also by our side and was knowledgeable in assisting Irvin. We decided after a few hours, we came to an agreement on the price. Price was great. However, after purchasing the car and doing some final check ups before taking it home, we discovered that the floor mats were missing, the owners manual was not present, and the oem jack was not inside the trunk. Jaynner has contacted me personally to inform me that the items missing will be delivered in a timely fashion. Other than the minor issues stated above, I am very satisfied with my GTR. I want to personally thank Jaynner for taking care of us and going above and beyond to connecting with us as car enthusiasts. Jeff More

Really good initial service but not afterwards First of all don't take this as me being negative about the dealership, but at the same time i don't want this to happen to anyone else. I got my firs First of all don't take this as me being negative about the dealership, but at the same time i don't want this to happen to anyone else. I got my first financed car with this dealership at the end 2013 and they were very friendly and helpful at the time. I wasn't having good credit so i had a co-signer for my loan and the only reason i agreed to the loan from nissan motors was because i was told i could refinance with them in one year if i made the payment regularly and take my co-signer off the loan. After the first year i went back to talk to them about the refinance and i was told i have to wait more which disappointed me because that's not what i have been told when i bought the car. I recently saw an email from the dealership saying i could refinance for a better apr so i replied to the email and i got a reply back saying they can offer refinance options but when i replied with the car details but never got a reply again, i tried to reach them back and the same result. They might not be able to help me out but letting me know that they can't help would be appreciated than not replying to me. More
