An overwhelming task, made easy I do not know a whole lot about cars. My whole life I've relied on my brother for advice. So when my car broke down and I needed a new one, I asked my brother where to start. He did some research and found Carson Nissan. I never thought I could buy a new car on my own, but Linda and Peter made the whole process easy for me. The first time I stopped by, I told them what I was looking for, and the showed me a Versa. I really liked it, but told them I also had my eyes on a Honda Fit, and wasn't ready to buy. They weren't pushy. They took time to show me what my payments would be with my credit score, and a couple different dollar amounts of what I was possibly willing to put down. They were completely transparent with costs, and showed me the exact dollar amount I would be paying, taxes, fees, everything. I left and told them I needed time to drive a Fit and think things over. A couple days later my brother found a different Versa at the dealership (via the web) that had just come in. Linda sent me pictures and a more detailed description of the car. I came in the next day and drove it with Peter. I loved it, and bought it with confidence! Linda and Peter were very communicative and friendly throughout the process. They were ALWAYS available by phone and email. They were honest and respectful. I never once felt like I was being pushed or rushed to make a decision. I HIGHLY recommend Carson Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a car in Southern California! More
