Ethaniel was a great salesman. He is very patient and isn't so pushy. He asked what I wanted and did all he could to help me get the car of my liking. My parents were being a tad bit difficult but Ethaniel kept his composure resulting in my parents agreeing to take the sale. He never once was disrespectful and he stayed positive the whole time. His manager David Johnson also was a huge help. He knows what he is talking about and was a man of his word. I gave this dealership a 5 because they are very efficient at customer service. I dealt directly with Lai-Ce Shum and she provided me with hands down the BEST car buying experience I've ever head - especially in my 10+ years as a Nissan driver. Lai-Ce continually went above and bey with hands down the BEST car buying experience I've ever head - especially in my 10+ years as a Nissan driver. Lai-Ce continually went above and beyond what I would ever expect a Nissan employee to do for me. She was constantly courteous and always available. In addition she went to great lengths to help me find and secure exactly what I was looking for. I really can not say enough good things about this experience. I initially tried to obtain my car from Universal City Nissan because it was closer to me and the experience there was HORRENDOUS! I went into the dealership and met with several people, none of whom could help but told me they would call me that day - never heard back from anyone - then when I did it was back and forth constantly over email with nothing ever happening - probably the worst car purchase experience I've ever had...but that's ok because it lead me to Carson Nissan and Lai-Ce who could not have treated me better.
