Tonight my new 2015 Nissan sentra's tire presser light came on and I thought I had a I can not get over the customer service team at this dealer ship. Tonight my new 2015 Nissan sentra's tire presser light came on and I thought I had a big problem. My sister and I called and they said bring the car in and they would look at it. I was worried because it was after 5pm and I was coming fr downtown Los Angeles and i was afraid they would close before I could get there, They are open til 8pm. This was so wonderful ,we Had a Great Tech come out and great us with a big smile and his name is David Barrientos! He is the best very paitence and helpful and knows the car. I wanted to take him with us he he! If you ever have a problem and need to visit please ask for him. He is really nice and a great asset to that dealership. All the staff are great. I have nothing but praise for this dealership. A big Thank you to you all. A very happy customer. More

A professional outfit. I went in for an airbag bracket safety recall on my Maxima. They were ready to take me when I showed up for my appointment and they got the work done I went in for an airbag bracket safety recall on my Maxima. They were ready to take me when I showed up for my appointment and they got the work done in the time they said they would. Their waiting room was clean and had plenty of seating, a television, complementary hot beverages, and vending machines. They also did a complementary 12 point check on my car and gave my car a car wash. I am quite satisfied. More
