Open Sunday Problem: Car was over heating. I called on Sunday, to ask if Service was open. The answer was Yes. What a relief. We were north of Downtown LA. D Problem: Car was over heating. I called on Sunday, to ask if Service was open. The answer was Yes. What a relief. We were north of Downtown LA. Drove to Carson with A/C off & windows open. Left car. Nissan Shuttle drove us home. (Don't like that Plexiglas divider between the front & back seats.) Carlos called later & told us how much he knew then, about the problem. It was around 4pm. So that was good. And then Monday, Carlos called he gave me all the details & costs. Good experience. More

He explained to me what needed to be done to fix the problem as well, and told me that it would be done within a day. The service department found an additional small problem with an oil leak and fixed that as well. Both issues were resolved in the time Jeff had specified. Having driven from Las Vegas to Redondo Beach and recognizing I would have to return to LV, I was extremely happy that Carson Nissan was able to assist me so quickly and efficiently.
