Continued Great Customer Service Experience I've always been a customer who takes their vehicle(s) to the dealership for it's regular scheduled services and maintenance. With that said - IF you I've always been a customer who takes their vehicle(s) to the dealership for it's regular scheduled services and maintenance. With that said - IF you are one of those customers who feels comfortable and confident having your Nissan vehicle serviced at an actual Nissan Dealership's Parts and Service Department....Then go to Carson Nissan. You are not just a customer with Carson Nissan but also a "Partner" because they work with you to make sure you always have a great customer service experience. I purchased my 2008 Armada from a different Nissan Dealer and start my vehicle service with them. However - A very bad customer service experience with their Parts and Service Department early on had me look for another Nissan Parts and Service Department. I was lucky and fortunate to have found Carson Nissan. From my first service - Christina Martinez, Roy Schilder, and the entire Carson Nissan Parts and Service Department rolled out the welcoming mat. They take pride in providing a great customer service experience. Believe me...Not all Nissan Parts and Service Departments are the same. More

Christina Martinez keeps to her promises I dropped off my Leaf with a blown tire late at night, after service closed. Early the next morning Christina had communicated the cost of the repair, I dropped off my Leaf with a blown tire late at night, after service closed. Early the next morning Christina had communicated the cost of the repair, offered to charge and clean the car, and promised it all done before the end of the day. By 2pm she called back letting me know the car was ready for pickup. When I picked it up the next day she was courteous and informed about what had been done to the car. It was a really good experience, in no small part due to the friendliness and efficiency of Christina Martinez. More

Excellent Service, Great car Scheduled my first appointment last Sunday via the Internet. Was expecting to have no appointments available, but to my surprise was able to get seen Scheduled my first appointment last Sunday via the Internet. Was expecting to have no appointments available, but to my surprise was able to get seen that morning I arrived early and was quickly assisted by Jeff Morgan, opening the waiting area for me before the department was even open. At previous dealerships, I have had to wait several hours for my car to be serviced, and was quite delighted at how fast it was, I didn't have time to read very much of the book I had brought! Jeff even had them wash my car. Great service. Am sure now that I had made a good decision in working with Lai-Ce to purchase my Juke. Love my car! More
