Outstanding Service I have been going to Carson Nissan for three years now and I am truly happy that I service my vehicle here. The service advisor who I work most with i I have been going to Carson Nissan for three years now and I am truly happy that I service my vehicle here. The service advisor who I work most with is Christina Martinez, and let me just say that she is awesome and what she does. She always greets me with a smile and is always in a good mood. I recently brought my Maxima here for its routine maintenance and discovered that the bushings in the control arm were wearing down. Christina was very helpful in getting this taken care of for me. I was extremely happy to hear that it would not cost me a dime to get this repaired because it was still under warranty. A few days later I was itching to add a rear deck spoiler to my Maxima and Christina ordered the part and had it installed for me the very next day within a matter of hours. On both occasions I was given a loaner vehicle so that I may conduct my business as usual. Service advisors like Christina Martinez are the reason why I continue to go to Carson Nissan and would purchase another Nissan in the future. More
