Excellent GT-R Service I have never had a bad experience with Carson Nissan. Karl, Roy, and Chung have collectively treated me and the car with respect. The pricing is competitive as well. Acquiring a loaner vehicle or a ride back to the office is never an issue. Upon my last visit I bumped into John and asked if I could get a peak at the GT Rs on the upper level. Gladly, he toured me around and answered all of my questions, gave me his card, and reiterated that he'd always be there to answer any future questions. Great service!! This past Sunday I brought in my wife's 2005 Nissan Altima for service after smelling something burning from under the car/engine. Larry promptly gree This past Sunday I brought in my wife's 2005 Nissan Altima for service after smelling something burning from under the car/engine. Larry promptly greeted me, took notes of the concerns, and said he'll have it checked. Turns out their was a plastic bag stuck under the exhaust. He also had a broken part from under the good replaced and when I came to pick up the car in the afternoon it was washed, vacuumed, and ready to go. Larry also helped out with a previous repair visit and he has proven to be friendly, reliable, and helpful. Thank you Larry and Carson Nissan!!! More

Great customer experience I arrived for my 7:00 a.m. appointment at approximately 6:45 and fully expected to just sit in my vehicle until 7 when I looked up and Christina Marti I arrived for my 7:00 a.m. appointment at approximately 6:45 and fully expected to just sit in my vehicle until 7 when I looked up and Christina Martinez gave me a very pleasant good morning. After signing the paper work for my 15,000 mile service, I sat in the waiting room and began my morning ritual of reading the newspaper and preparing my daily schedule. I fully expected to be there for a couple of hours which would have been perfectly fine as I also had several phone calls to make. All of sudden, at 8:10 a.m., I hear my name being called. It was Christina letting me know that not only was the service complete but my NV 200 had also been washed--amazing and truly a great thing as I was able to be much more productive for the day than I originally had intended.
