I came in to the service department with no appointment. The service advisor had me in and out in minutes and when I said I need a ride home the porter was sitting waiting for me to give me a ride. When the service advisor noticed I had some warranty work she called me to make sure keeping the car a little longer would not be an inconvenience to me. It wasn't the work got done and I received a phone call sooner than expected that the car was done and if I need a ride back to the dealership. They came to pick me up and my car was up front of service clean and ready to go. 100% overall satisfaction on my part. More

Called for appointment which was pretty quick on day prior to visit. It was a scheduled Nissan Leaf maintenance visit. Pleasant staff, and the job was completed in less than an hour. I appreciate the counter top in the waiting room with outlets underneath as I always bring work with me. Better than most dealerships I have used for service in the past. Carson Nissan's service department treated me like royalty! There was a software upgrade needed for my Leaf, and I brought my car there for the first time. I had another errand down the 405 that day royalty! There was a software upgrade needed for my Leaf, and I brought my car there for the first time. I had another errand down the 405 that day and per my lease agreement on the Leaf, I took advantage of one of their gas powered autos (needed for the longer drive) for the day while they serviced my car. Carl Taylor was super friendly and easy to work with. It was clear to me that I would always return here for my service needs, and ask for him! Christina Martinez, another service advisor was there and all smiles. Roy Schilder secured me a brand new Nissan Rogue, chuckling and kidding around, especially when I asked for a car with a USB port to keep my failing cell phone charged. I guess that is pretty much standard these days! I enjoyed the Rogue, and really appreciated returning to a still-smiling service department, even though it was now late afternoon. The icing on the cake was that my car had been charged, and carefully washed! More
