I visit Carson Nissan about every 4 months to get service on my 08 Nissan Sentra. I always come back because the service team has great customer service and because I didn't want my car to break down. So thi on my 08 Nissan Sentra. So this time when I went to get service I walked to the showroom floor just to "look" and of course got greeted by all the salesmen but Oscar took the extra time to ask me if I were to get a new car which one would I be interested in? So then the process began he walked me to the lot and showed me the 2013 Nissan Maxima, all models of the 2013 Nissan Altima, and the Sentra that were redesigned. I told Oscar about my financial struggle and explained that I was interested in paying my own car note and he explained that I would need a cosigner and everything should workout fine. So as he let me look around freely on my own Ethaniel approached me and gave me detailed differences on the Altima models. He recommended that I get the Altima S. Ethaniel was very funny and knowledgable at the same time. All of this took place on a Monday and by Friday night I received a voicemail from Oscar asking If i had talked the situation over with my dad. I was surprised because what he said made me know that he really was paying attention to what I was saying. I listened to Oscars advice went to talk to my family and came back Saturday to look at a completely different car the 2012 Altima Coupe. Ethaniel began to assist us by talking numbers and he pretty much convinced them (with the help of DJ) that I can get in a newer car. Sunday morning I arrived at Carson Nissan at 11am and sped off late to work in my 2012 Nissan Altima Coupe. YAY!!! I love my new car and knowing that I got the best customer service out of getting it makes it even better! Thanks Ethaniel and Oscar! My parents mentioned not remembering ONE car salesmen name that have sold them their previous cars, but both of your names will be forever remembered :) More

Brought my car in for a routine 3,000 mile oil change. After commencing work, the service department advised that the oil pan was leaking. I was advised that any repair necessary would be covered under w After commencing work, the service department advised that the oil pan was leaking. I was advised that any repair necessary would be covered under warranty and asked me to leave vehicle overnight. The oil pan gasket was replaced and resealed. After performing the standard inspection that is normal with oil changes, it was also discovered that some seals in the axle/wheel area were cracked and were replaced (also under warranty). After hearing so many horror stories from relatives and friends about how they encountered disputes with repairs they thought should be covered under their auto warranties, I was very happy I did not join their ranks. Thank you Carson Nissan for reaffirming to me I made the right choice by buying a Nissan and that I can be comfortable bringing my car to the dealership rather than my personal mechanic as I have done with previous vehicles. I brought my 2009 GTR in for oil/filter change and check engine light service. Roy Schilder (the GTR service advisor) was friendly and knowledgeable. In fact we got to talking and found out that his brother Frankie Schilder works @ Fontana Nissan where I had bought the car and I believe that Frankie had performed the 1000 mile service (small world). Roy and his team did an excellent job resolving the check engine light issue, replaced the battery, performed warranty work (steering lock), changed the oil/filter with the oil and filter that I had brought in and also provided a free rental. Roy bent over backwards to do everything right and to bring the cost down to a minimum. I truly am impressed with Roy and the team at Carson Nissan and will recommend them highly to everyone. More
