I normally go to the Nissan Service center in Long Beach, but when I drove by the other day and there was nothing there, I realized it had closed. I was a bit miffed that I had to drive "4 minutes down the 4 but when I drove by the other day and there was nothing there, I realized it had closed. I was a bit miffed that I had to drive "4 minutes down the 405" (that's what the sign said). I was just going to go and see if I could make an appointment but came out a little while later with my car fixed, super friendly service from Jack, the awesome rep that helped me, and a smile on my face. I am no longer "miffed" and would drive the extra 4 minutes in a heartbeat and of course recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a smooth, unobtrusive experience at a car lot. (and...I actually got my car fixed without any hassle). More
Their customer service was great! Shawn really went out of his way to make sure that I was happy with my service. He even help me with a rental so he can make sure that the problem was fixed. I have been a customer of the Carson Nissan service department for almost 6 years. When they were closed for a brief period it was the worst time for me trying to find another service department that w department for almost 6 years. When they were closed for a brief period it was the worst time for me trying to find another service department that would take care of me like they did. I am so happy they are back. When I drove there and saw Jessie I felt great. I just have some extensive work done on my car and Jack ways knowlegeable, caring and courteous. Jack took very good care of my needs. More

My first visit to this Carson Nissan and WOW it was GREAT! I thought I needed break service because of noise. My appt was at 7am, I pulled in to the dealer at 645am and was welcomed with a Good Morning GREAT! I thought I needed break service because of noise. My appt was at 7am, I pulled in to the dealer at 645am and was welcomed with a Good Morning Sir how can I help you this morning? I informed the service advisor what was I there for and it was my first time there. He took all my info down and I asked him what the time frame was? He said we will call you in about 1 hour or so. A little over an hour passed I received a call saying that my car was ready. I could not believe it. Mike said your breaks are fine. So here is the thing right the price?? He said no charge just come pick it up. I am so glad that I took a chance on this Carson Nissan Dealer. I cant remember a time I had such GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE especially at a car dealer. Anyone who reads this I recommend that they get their car serviced there. I shook Mikes hand he told me thank you for coming in today your car was washed and visit the cashier and your car will be waiting in front for you when you are done. I signed the paper walked out and my clean car was ready. Thanks Carson Nissan!!!! More

I've had work done at several Nissan dealerships in So CA. No one treats you better than Carson Nissan. At one dealer, I stood in the service writer's area for 15 minutes and not one person would speak CA. No one treats you better than Carson Nissan. At one dealer, I stood in the service writer's area for 15 minutes and not one person would speak to me, so I left. At Carson Nissan, they greet you as soon as you arrive, even if they are busy and cannot immediately help you. I helped someone buy a car there too. Everyone was friendly and asked if they could help us in some way. We were not pushed into a vehicle, nor pressured into options that were not valuable to the buyer. Management clearly places the customer first. Customers would not be treated as well as we were, if management did not place them first and model that philosophy for their staff. I will return to Carson Nissan for service. More
