I have been in the Nissan Car family for nine years and have had my car serviced at different dealerships. However, the service I received at Nissan in Carson was Outstanding! Mike Garcia is truly a professional who was courteous, knowledgeable, patient and respectful. I am totally satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the service I received at this dealership. I live in Los Angeles, but I will now be having my car serviced in the future at the dealership in Carson. Mike Garcia has made a believer in me. When I purchased my Altma it was my first time purchasing a car prior in 10 years. I wanted to get a car that I can depend on. Then they closed down. I had to go to Gardena Nissan and I was not happy at a a car prior in 10 years. I wanted to get a car that I can depend on. Then they closed down. I had to go to Gardena Nissan and I was not happy at all. The service there was not what I had received at Carson. Carson reopened, and that made alot of Carson and Long Beach residents happy. What really makes it good is Mike Garcia, he is the best thing that has come around in a long time. He make sure you are taken care of, and your experience is one that will bring you back. I would like to begin by saying that I am very happy Carson Nissan is back!! :] Your service advisors are always very friendly and helpful, no matter how busy they are. I am confident with the recommendations they give on the service needs of my 2003 Altima. I never feel like they are just trying to get me to spend money on services I don't need. During my last oil change visit, Carl Taylor, advised me that I need to have my tire rod replaced and an alignment done. He told me that I could get the work done the next time I bring my car in for an oil change. I took my car in today and Mike Garcia was there to assist me. I made an appointment to have my oil changed, the tire rod replaced, and the alignment done. After I dropped off my car, Mike called me back and confirmed that the work Carl recommended, was needed. He gave me a quote and I advised him to proceed with the work that had to be done. Mike also mentioned that they found a possible issue with my exhaust. He was going to look into it and get back to me with some info. When my car was ready for pick up. Mike explained that there was a problem with my exhaust but he was able to find out that the repair was covered under an 8 year, 80,0000 mile warranty. You can imagine my joy to find out that this $800 plus service would be FREE!! I made an appointment for next Saturday to get the part replaced. Wait.. there's more!! During our conversation, my husband mentioned that Carl had mailed us a 20% off coupon but I misplaced it. Without hesitation, Mike started to calculate what 20% off of my services for today's visit would be. He was able to work some "magic" for me and I saved about $175.00!! Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer!! Thank you Carson Nissan for helping me save money while taking care of my car!! More

I was totally blown away with my service at Carson Nissan. I called in to explain to the service director Manny how my Nissan Aramada had run out of gas and left me in a very unsafe place while my ga Nissan. I called in to explain to the service director Manny how my Nissan Aramada had run out of gas and left me in a very unsafe place while my gas needle registed that I had almost a half tank of gas. I was a very upset customer while talking to Manny over the phone. He assured me he would take care of the problem. I explained to him that I had to use my Triple A service and wanted to be reimbursed for the tow I had to spend for Nissan faulty parts. Manny explained to me that it was a recall on that part and he would be happy to take care of me wihtin the hour. When I came through the door the service person name Jack knew my circumstance already. Manny had informed him of the problem and they were on top of it right away. Because it would take a while for the part to be replaced, and I wanted a regular service call (oil change, etc..) Jack offered me a free rental car at no expense to me. Manny offered to top my truck off with gas in exchange for that tow I had to pay for. Manny was very attentative and sympathetic to my concerns and apologized right away for the bad experience with the faulty part that left me in a dangerous situation that could have easily turn out to be very disaturous. At the end of day Jack called to say that my Armada was ready and I could pick it up. I am so pleased with my service from Carson Nissan I will never go to any other Nissan Dealership I have told all my friends and family about the outstanding service I received from Carson Nissan. I am totally amazed. I walked away with the most wonder feeling I have ever felt from any car dealership in my life. Thank you, Manny and Carson Nissan for your outstanding service. In the past I had dealt with Cerritos Nissan on 3 occasions... and all 3 times they were horrible and the way they dealt with me! My experience at Carson Nissan has made up for all those times : ) I love the perks like washing my car, offering coffee, and the honesty they provided me in helping me decide what should be done on my car immediately and what could wait.
