Best Service Department in my Area I have been meaning to give compliments to the individuals who have assisted me with my oil changes/tire rotation etc but I have since forgotten their I have been meaning to give compliments to the individuals who have assisted me with my oil changes/tire rotation etc but I have since forgotten their names. I purchased my 2015 Nissan Versa Sedan from South Bay Nissan just three days after they relocated to Torrance on PCH. Turns out I was just like their 3rd sale at that loaction. Had a really awkward/unpleasant purchase experience. That location was so cramped as well as my attempt to get service at the relocation again on Hawthorne Blvd. (which makes no sense being that it's big spender type people who live in and near Torrance...not me though lol). So I began taking my car to Carson Nissan. Best Decision ever. Reps always have a sense of urgency to aknowledge you and let you know you will be taken care of. Waiting lobby is nice and spacious with coffee maker, vending machines and popcorn maker and TV. Wait time can be long but long waits are always worth when your envirement feels good and you get acknowledge by staff. Keep it up Carson! As a former Carson High grad...Carson in the House! More
