The car had a light on for the ABS sensor, but they refused to run a computer on the vehicle to get a code. They told me I had to pay $140 for a diagnostic. I didn't pay you $230 just to look at the dash. I paid you to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. More

Maybe I am Spoiled? I am new to the area with a 8K mile, 2015 MDX. When I received a recall notice last week, I made an appointment right away, plus a detail. When I arrived, the service counter was fully staffed and they took my car right away...then took me to my loaner. I had originally scheduled an interior/exterior detail, but changed my after they told me that their dealership also provides a courtesy wash after service. When I picked the car up this evening all was good....though the baby seats were totally undone...which I forgot is standard....legal issues. Anyway, I was very satisfied with the staff and the condition of the car....until I drove with the sun in my eyes. The windows were horrible...I could hardly see for the streaks....and it wasn't just the front windshield. Someone did not check their work, and for 114 dollars for a car interior that is for all intents and purposes brand new, you would think the windows would be spotless, or in this case streakless. I will finish the job myself. Will I go back...yeah, but I will make sure the job is done properly. More
Uh, a little help? Went in at 1245pm on a Thursday which may explain why there was no receptionist. Had to go track somebody down. Then was redirected. Then was ignored. Then when asked if I could get help, was told after I finish serving these other people then went back to having a conversation with some guy. So 15 minutes, no help. Only saw two other customers. WTH? I own a car from this store. Just wanted a little help. Their service (when you can get it) is good. But not today. Just completely indifferent to me as a customer. More

Started home and noticed that it was the same as when I brought it in. Spoke to Phil service manager. Was told car was to old and to get off lot and do not come back. Took car to another dealer and was advised that the new part numbers were wrong and the assembly was incrorrect. We had a meeting of the minds. But I do not think the judge understood that I WAS NOT ALLOWED to come back. Even when the service manager told her he did tell me not to come back. So do not take your older cars there. Guess this dealership has never heard of restoring old cars or trying to keep the older cars running!! So I do have to pay for the repairs. Sent the check today and I can do so even though I know know that they do not stand behind their work. They are very unethical. They must be doing a lot of business. Why else would they treat customers so badly. But I do know WORD OF MOUTH IS PRICELESS. More
Great Dealership as a whole! I purchased my first Acura 7 years ago and since then have purchased two more vehicles. I will always own an Acura and will always give my business to Acura of Lynnwood. I have vehicles serviced with them as well and just recently had a full detail and what a great job. One stop shop for sure and Charles and his team are wonderful and Rick is the best!!!! I took my Dodge Caravan in for a noise that I couldn't stand any more. They diagnosed it and said the repair would take the better part of the day, so they let me drive a hot black "something". I felt young again and had such fun driving it around. The service department called me the next day and I reluctantly returned my alter ego car. The repair was fair priced and they did a mini detail on my van. It just doesn't get any better than Charles Hart and his team at Acura of Lynnwood. More
I am always greeted with a warm smile and very friendly service assistants when I walk in the door, which is usually 6am, I was amazed that the service department is open from 6am-7pm Monday thru Saturday! service assistants when I walk in the door, which is usually 6am, I was amazed that the service department is open from 6am-7pm Monday thru Saturday! On a Saturday afternoon my power steering went out they told me to bring it in and leave and it wasn't even an Acura, 1/2 later I was on the road with my loaner car and totally relieved that they were still there to be able to deal with it. I can't say enough about this dealership, from sales to service I feel like I am part of the Acura family, what a first class dealership. More
I got ripped off from Lynnwood Acura service department. Their service counter persons get commissions from repair fees. Paul charged me over $600 for just resurface rotors and new pads. Last visit they charged me 2 hours of work when my car was only there for less than 1 hour. Plus, Charles charged me $10 disposal fee(I brought my own part to install, and nothing to disposed). They also working in teams, 1 team works Mon-Wed, 2nd team works Thurs-Sat. If your car is not done during those days your car will be stuck there until same team comes back on those days they work. Again, because of the % Paul and Charles gets. More
