Finance Department. The visit was your typical car dealership visit, but I was given a reason that I never thought I would ever hear that they couldn't work with me. They told me that they don't consider my Veterans Disability and Veterans Education Pay as income. I don't know who the finance guy/girl was or if the salesman just didn't want to sale to me, but why discriminate against my Veterans income? I guess my two tours to Afghanistan means nothing to these people. I would not recommend any Veterans to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I went down to Fenton Nissan and they honored my income. So we got us a Sentra. More

Great experience driving down from Norman! My son wrecked his car leaving us scrambling for transportation. We found multiple affordable options at Carter County on the internet Friday night. Called them very early Saturday morning, made a deal over the phone with Sleepy in 15 minutes. Drove down from Norman to test drive it, the car was detailed and ready for delivery when we arrived. The paperwork was done, we just had to sign the sales order! We got away in time for lunch but not before we met Rocky, the owner, and found out why everyone had such a great attitude! More

Bad experience We had contacted the dealership about a used Ram pickup. We talked to a salesman named Zac. He told us that truck had sold but he might have another one. He called us back and said that he had exactly what we were looking for. Gave us a price of $32,18.5. We told him we were coming to look at the truck. We arrived at the dealership about four forty on Fri. June 20. When we entered the dealership we asked for Zac and was told that he had a customer and would not be able to help us. Another salesman named "Sleepy" said he could help us. He said he would show us the truck. After walking around in the parking lot for 20 minutes looking for the truck, my wife and I told "Sleepy" that we would wait in the office for him to find the truck. He came in (ten minutes later) and said that there was no truck. Naturally we were not very happy about that. We had driven 75 miles to see the truck. There was no explanation about why we were lied to about the truck. When we were getting in our car to leave, "Sleepy" came out and said, "I think we found the truck". By this time we were too upset with them to even look at the truck or deal with them. I hope this situation is not a common practice if you plan on staying in business. We drove 150 mi. round trip in good faith and got a bad experience. More
