After three days a warning light came on in the vehicle that I purchased. I called and spoke to a representative and ultimately was given directions through Silver Rock on what to do next. Keep in mind this all occurred during the first four days of ownership with this vehicle. The warning light went off before I could get it to the service center for diagnosis. The day after I visited the service center the warning light came back on. I called both the warranty company and the seller Carvana And I’ve had to have my seven day warranty extended by two days so that I can get the vehicle back to the service shop. Currently I’m awaiting another appointment to return back to the service center. Silver rock warranty service did stand behind me and repaired the car. I must say although a pretty rough start things have smoothed out and I am happy with the automobile that I have. More

So much more enjoyable than bouncing around all over the DFW Metroplex to look at cars at the pushy dealerships. I got the exact car I wanted (model, color and mileage) at the amount I wanted to spend. I loved being able to submit my trade-in online and have that amount applied toward my purchase. It was also incredibly convenient to have my new car brought to me and have my trade-in taken away at the same time. Manasseh Miles, the Carvana.com representative who delivered my vehicle, was outstanding! He was professional, friendly and helpful. It was like having a trusted friend walk me through the paperwork signing. Three cheers for Carvana.com!!! I would have never in my wildest dreams imagined that buying a car could be so easy and fun. Easy easy EASY way to buy a car! My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! The process was simple and delivery was very fast and smooth. I spent a total of 25 minutes to purchase and pickup the vehicle that she dreamed about. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶 More

I went in and the customer service was excellent. The person who helped us was very welcoming, took the time to go over the paperwork with us. My son was very excited to put the coin in the slot and watch the car be brought down. In the future, we will for sure look with carvana for our next car purchase. More
