Overall great experience, highly recommended! Our car buying experience was great. It was almost to simple, we had to call to confirm that we followed the process right! Everything was very upfront, straight forward, and really changed the way my wife and I will buy cars from this point on. I would highly recommend this process to a dealership. It was strange and nerve wrecking making such a huge decision on a vehicle we had never seen in person, but the reviews I’ve read about the return policy and process put our minds at ease. We were able to find a great vehicle with all the options and features we were looking for and never had to leave home, deal with any pushy sales people, or feel the slightest bit of pressure to make a desision on the spot like at a traditional dealership. My only criticism, although there were never any accidents reported to the carfax of our purchase, there was some obviously repaired damage to both the interior and exterior of the vehicle that were not shown on carvana’s website. It was a used car, neither of us expected it to be showroom fresh, and the repaired damage wasn’t extensive, but it would have been nice to know. The amazing price we got, the damage wouldn’t have really effected our decision to buy anyways, but that was the only reason I am giving 4 stars and not a perfect 5. The car still looks great, and at the end of the 7 days, there was no way we were going to return it. The customer advocates, although we hardly had to work with them, were very pleasant and professional. More

I probably only half paid attention to the commercials before, and didn't realize what you guys actually do. Your price was competitive, no haggle, no questionable or mystery fees. Customer service was super friendly, delivery guy was super friendly. Several weeks prior I test drove a car at a dealership and it was a 2 hour ordeal on a Saturday (and I didn't even buy anything ... I think I was held hostage for a bit, but that's another story). I think my whole Carvana experience took about 20 minutes to buy my new car. Never felt an ounce of pressure. In only a few minutes I realized I was a couple of clicks away from having this car delivered. It really is a scary easy way (in a good way) to buy a car. More

Excellent Customer Service My car was delivered right on time. The entire process was simple and stress free. The only thing I would say needs improvement was the prep for delivery when they washed the car it wasn't done very well. All the windows have huge streaks from the car not being washed/rinsed correctly. We will NEVER go to a traditional car dealer again! You will not regret buying a car this way. The 7 day money back no questions asked is a great way to calm any fears you may have. The man who delivered our car was great! He answered any questions we had. Carvana is the new and best way to purchase your next vehicle! More

Started off well - ended horrible The premise seemed solid. The vehicle arrived within two weeks. The very first day probably three hours after delivery we noticed a knock in the motor The premise seemed solid. The vehicle arrived within two weeks. The very first day probably three hours after delivery we noticed a knock in the motor that got louder than more you drove it. We called and they directed us to the warranty program and said the $50 co-pay is waived in the first 45 days. Then they also let us know there was a problem with the title that was going to take them a week or so to figure out so the car could not be registered until then. I took the car to a mechanic that they recommended through the silver rock maintenance program. The mechanic looked at it and said the top end of the motor has a serious issue and it will require a dealership. This , combined with the title Issue Prompted me to utilize the seven day no hassle guarantee. I was first told that they cannot pick up the vehicle for at least a couple weeks. I then negotiated returning the vehicle the 35 minute drive from my house to the yard they had closest to me. I was told once the car was returned they would process a check for the trade they took as they were going to now buy the trade car . They said the check would be over nighted to me . I was also told they would process my return the same day and initiate a refund of my down payment which was several thousand dollars. Neither of these things happened and they still have my money, my old vehicle and they have their car back. When I called four days later They had not even begun to process the return though the system showed that the car was indeed returned. I am still waiting for a callback so they can figure out what they’re going to do. Meantime I am without a car and without my money they have all of it. If you have weeks or months to waste resolving the problems in the case that the car is not as advertised then by all means this is a good choice . As for me I would not do this again. Hassle free is not exactly what I would call this process More
Awesome way to buy a car! I just completed my 7 day period of owning my 2015 Cadillac SRX Luxury. This has been the most pleasant experience I ever had in purchasing a car! Whe I just completed my 7 day period of owning my 2015 Cadillac SRX Luxury. This has been the most pleasant experience I ever had in purchasing a car! When I heard about Carvana, I researched them thoroughly. In February of 2018 I actually started the process of looking for a car. I had certain specifications and only wanted a particular color in exterior and interior. I would not settle for less. Carvana had the perfect car. I also researched and compared the prices of the Cadillac at other dealerships. Carvana had the car listed for at least 2000.00 less than the ones I researched. The ease of applying and getting approved was absolutely the best! I sat in my home and thoroughly went over the car just about everyday. The car delivered was the actual car and it had the few scratches as shown on the website. I had the option of picking it up or having it delivered. I had originally opted to pickup but due to personal circumstances I had to have it delivered. I did not have to pay anything to have it delivered and it was delivered directly to my front door. The customer service I experienced from my first phone call to them was awesome! Heather was great as she actually sent me pictures of my car to my cell phone from Jacksonville! I asked for them and she complied. James delivered my car and he explained everything to me in detail and was very nice. So yes this was a very great experience and I would and have recommend Carvana to anyone looking to buy a car! More
