Additionally, the have taken car of the windshield that was chipped as the vehicle was being delivered. No questions was asked, it was taken care of. Thank you Carvana for making the worst experience with the worse insurance company (Elephant), and making such a positive out of. Cant thank Carvana the most! More
Worst experience ever. After signing all documents electronically, got things notarized, and sending a cashier's check, my husband (co-buyer and whose name is on the cashi After signing all documents electronically, got things notarized, and sending a cashier's check, my husband (co-buyer and whose name is on the cashier's check) drove 6 hours to meet the driver to pick up the car only to be told I was supposed to be there as well! Never were we told we BOTH had to be there. To top it all off, we have been trying to get our money back for almost 2 weeks! Every time I call (which is every day), I get a different excuse. It has gotten nowhere. I get promises that my calls will be returned, only to never have anyone call me back. Every time I call, I'm waiting for over 30 minutes only to have some excuse as to why our money isn't returned yet. Your policy says 3-5 days...it's been almost 2 weeks! I keep being told it will be taken care of, only to have nothing done. We have no choice but to take legal action. We want our money back! More

We have purchased two cars from Carvana, and we are pleased with both purchases so far. The purchase process was relatively smooth for both. Our only complaint was with the second car. We requested the car be delivered to our home address. On the day the car was supposed to be delivered, someone at the local office called to tell us they did not have adequate staff to complete the delivery and asked if we could come pick up the car instead. We agreed to do so, but we had other things going on, and were not prepared to have to drive 30 miles to the dealership to pick up the car. When we arrived, there appeared to only be a couple of people even working, and we had to wait a while before anyone could help us. We consider this a relatively minor inconvenience, but it is disappointing that Carvana touts the delivery service and then does not have the staff to complete the service. They could at least offer some kind of concession for the inconvenience. The person who helped us at the dealership was super nice and attentive once he was able to help us. More
