I purchased a car from Carvana. When it arrived, it was damaged in transport. I was assured that Carvana would handle all repairs and it would not be a hassle for me, if I agreed to When it arrived, it was damaged in transport. I loved the car so of course I agreed, thinking it would be hassle free and everything would be taken care of. It quickly has turned into a nightmare for me. I had to find a body shop myself and take off time from work to get it to a body shop. Once dropped off at the body shop, I’m told it will be at least a week to get the repairs done. I was told the warranty company would pay for a rental. I call them and find out, they only pay up to $400. The rental for a week is $1000. And all of that had to come out of my pocket and I would be reimbursed for the $400. So I missed a day of work and had to pay someone to take my child to school because I had no vehicle. I contacted Carvana and they agreed to help out with the rental but also said I had to pay it first and they would reimburse me. I had to borrow the money to even be able to do this. I’m a single parent that just doesn’t have $1000 extra dollars laying around. When I go to rent a car, every rental company is sold out in my area. So now I’m on day 3 of missing work. So what was supposed to be a hassle free situation with Carvana has turned into a complete nightmare for me. I would not recommend or ever make another purchase. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had!! More

I started the process of purchasing a new van on February 26th. I chose to finance through my bank as Carvana will only allow you to put one name on your financing. My husband and I both wanted to be on the financing. They gave us 2 days to jump through all of these hoops, many of which the bank wouldn’t even normally agree to. If we didn’t complete the process on time they would cancel everything and push the delivery back 2 weeks. By the time we finally got everything ironed out our vehicle wasn’t being delivered until April 8th! And the final cherry on top, I paid the down payment with a cashier check handed directly to the delivery driver. A few days later they took the same funds from my account via ACH wire transfer. When I called to have them fix it they told me I would have to go to my bank to take care of it. I will never purchase another vehicle from Carvana. More

Terrible experience with carvana! Have had the car for months paying payments and its been at mechanics all except for couple weeks ! And the warranty is trash too ! Beware !
