I purchased two vehicles from Carvana, one I financed and the other paid cash for. upon delivery of the cash purchase, the car arrived without a title. carvana indicated i would receive title after registrat the other paid cash for. upon delivery of the cash purchase, the car arrived without a title. carvana indicated i would receive title after registration. Now almost 4 months and counting after repeated calls to Carvana, they keep making excuses as to the title status. the latest is they want me, the consumer to apply for a duplicate title despite never producing an original title. the customer care represents have no idea what they are talking about in regards to titling an vehicles, and no one at Carvana has helped me. I will never do business with this company again. they sell vehicles with no title and want the customer to ho through xxxx trying to get the title. if this was a regular dealer, would anyone buy from them? More

I financed a 2017 Hyundai elantra through carvana with 60,500 miles. I got it for zero down, they pay sales tax and registration, 7 day free to return if I don't like the car they will come pick it up. My 60,500 miles. I got a 100 day warranty or 4,195 miles,I also got carvana care plus where it has a full warranty up to 125,000 additional miles or 47 months,plus gap insurance. My car was delayed on the first delivery but came to my residence 5 days later in super great condition. No way will I return this car its fabulous. My delivery driver through carvana was amazing he even put my new steering wheel cover on for me and he also seen a few chips on the paint that I knew was there but he filed a claim to have it fixed. Love my experience probably will never use a regular dealership again especially for a used car. They treated me like I was buying a brand new car and gave me better warranties. More

Whatever you do, AVOID CARVANA! Paid it off and they still don’t have my title or registration after TWO YEARS. Legal team contacted with zero response and advocates make up a new requirement each time I call, swearing it’s the “last one”. xxxx CARVANA. BIGGEST SCAM EVER. More

I was attempting to purchase a 2011 Jeep Wrangler. I finished all my paperwork loan and down payment info before the due date and got a deliver date. 2 days before delivery they said they didn’t know I finished all my paperwork loan and down payment info before the due date and got a deliver date. 2 days before delivery they said they didn’t know where the car is and it’s at the wrong location so they pushed my deliver date back 5 days. I reluctantly agreed as I already sold my car. Then today 24 hours before I’m suppose to receive my car. They email me saying an unexpected shipping delay occurred and would not give me a reason. Only that they were unable to pick the vehicle up. And only offered me $250 as an out of inconvenience. I canceled the deal on the spot. That is completely insane and could not provide a proper reason. Would never attempt to purchase a car from here again. Waisted 2 and a half weeks just to get told sorry trucking issues. Avoid if you want a vehicle in a timely manner and them to honor promise dates. More
