Ok I was one of those skeptical people.. this is too easy, too simple, customer service was attentive during the application process. I couldn’t believe it. My 7 day trial ended today, and I am so im easy, too simple, customer service was attentive during the application process. I couldn’t believe it. My 7 day trial ended today, and I am so impressed. Every time I call customer service I speak with someone who is fluent in their work and if they’re unsure, they have a contact. I bought my car in one state but had it delivered in another, no issues. I am so impressed. As far as the car, I’m loving it. I’m a huge corolla fan, and I got a 2010, 5spd with 50,000 miles. Clean car, well maintained. Only thing I wish I had noticed before today(last day of trial) is a slight dip in the hood. Nothing serious though. Overall 5/5, really happy and will recommend to friends and family. Thanks Carvana :) More

We purchased a 2017 Fiat 500 and though there were a few hiccups it all worked out well in the end. The car was delivered right on time practically up to the minute. When it arrived the radio was not wor hiccups it all worked out well in the end. The car was delivered right on time practically up to the minute. When it arrived the radio was not working. The driver asked if we still wanted the car before she even unloaded it. She said Carvana would pay to get the radio fixed. We said that worked for us. She unloaded the car and we gave it a test drive. There was a wobble in the right side wheel which we told her about. She made note of it and said Carvana would fix that as well. After giving the car a thorough examination of exterior and interior after she left the vehicle we also noted a dent above the passenger door on the roof. We contacted Carvana about that as well, they sent it to their company review department and a day later sent us an approval to get that fixed as well. So there were some issues with the vehicle not mentioned in their inspection but Carvana paid to fix all three of those issues which I think was well over $2000 if not more as the radio had to be replaced and it was being made in Italy and shipped to the US. We stuck it out because this is a relatively rare vehicle - the US stopped selling the Fiat 500 Lounge in 2019. We had our hearts set on getting a low mileage model no older than 2017 and something as specific as that won’t be found locally even though we live in a fairly large city. All issues were fixed - we used their recommendation for the body work and the wheel and radio replacement was done “out of network” as the vehicle is an Italian import. The local “in network” car maintenance/dealerships didn’t want to assess the electrical issues on this Italian car. We went to an Italian import dealership and Carvana did not charge us a $50 deductible. Bottom line: if you’re looking for a very specific and rare vehicle Carvana is absolutely the way to go since their inventory is pulled from a nationwide database. Their customer service was stellar, very friendly and accommodating. We love our car. Thanks, Carvana! More

We needed the car soon so after they postponed the delivery 3 times we found another car on their website. The day the car was delivered we discover paint overspray on the vehicle and frame damage, signs that the car had been in a collision. We rejected the car immediately and had the delivery person take it back to Carvana. and ask for a refund on our money. They said we would have the money wired to our account in 3-5 days. After 5 days I called and then was told it was 3-5 days to approve it and another 3-5 days to send the money. After 12 days I called and was told that they had dropped the ball and would overnight the money the very next day. On day 14 i called again and was told it was now 45-60 to return the money that I had refunded them. Their guarantee that you can reject the vehicle within 7 days and get a refund is a joke especially if you need the money to buy another car. I still have not received a call from upper management or received my money back. More
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Carvana. I will never buy a car from an in-person dealership again. Despite current market conditions for used vehicles, I got an amazing deal. Financing was ea will never buy a car from an in-person dealership again. Despite current market conditions for used vehicles, I got an amazing deal. Financing was easy, they held the car for me for 72hrs while my insurance payout check cleared, and terms when I actually initiated the purchase were exactly what they said they'd be. More
I had the car less than a week and now its in the shop getting major repairs totaling in over $7,000. You claim to do a 150 point inspection yet the jeep I purchased from you is leaking oil from the rear getting major repairs totaling in over $7,000. You claim to do a 150 point inspection yet the jeep I purchased from you is leaking oil from the rear main seal, timing cover, and oil cooler. The leak from the oil cooler causes coolant to mix with oil which destroys the engine. Luckily I’m a mechanic or I would’ve really been screwed! It was obviously found and washed off to cover it up. Also, it pulls to the right so bad you could let go of the wheel and make a right hand turn! The rear sway bushings that help keep you stable on the highway are rusted / rotted out, there’s an insane amount of rust on the undercarriage and the badges are falling off. Sometimes the key fobs work, sometimes they don’t. I’ve been stranded twice now with the alarm going off and no way to stop it or start the jeep. Basically I bought a $23,000 piece of junk that I’ll more than likely be working on and dumping money into for years to come. Silver Rock is handling the mechanical issues but I’m stuck with only a motorcycle to ride back and forth to work in the middle of winter!!!It could be weeks before I get my junk jeep out of the shop. I will NEVER use carvana again! More
