Not a good experience at all. Got my vehicle quick but after that was a mess. It took 5 months to get my tags with a lot of back and forth explaining to carvana that I can't drive without a valid tag. The after that was a mess. Brought to shop I was referred to by silver Rock, that's the warranty company that carvana used. Found out the engine was bad and needed to be replaced. So after finding out carvana sold me a vehicle with a bad engine , the warranty company authorized a new engine. It has now been in the shop for over two months and still have no engine. This is definitely nit a good experience, worse than the dealership sharks. More
First of all, I will NEVER go to another dealership in person again. This has been the absolute easiest and most fun purchase I ever made, and I did not feel pressured or remorseful like I do leaving trad person again. Our shipment pulled up on time, literally at the exact minute we were expecting delivery. Our delivery rep, Jansen, was so personable and relatable and had such great energy. I have had a wonderful experience buying my first car from Carvana. I was able to search for cars from the privacy of my own home and get the financing and delivery/pick up that worked for me. Amazing experience with carvana! Ordering my vehicle was a breeze online with no hidden fees! Their finance company offered me a lower rate then my credit union. I did experience 1 delivery delay but we did a breeze online with no hidden fees! Their finance company offered me a lower rate then my credit union. I did experience 1 delivery delay but we did get snow and Ice so I can’t blame carvana for that. I opted to pick my car up from their vending machine in Richmond, VA. What an amazing experience… soooo cool to watch. The car was detailed and super clean inside and out! My car was even nicer in person then on their website!!!! The guy who handled my paperwork was awesome and explained everything in detail. My car only had 1 key and no front license bracket. The gentleman dealing with my car had already put in tickets to address those issues and get them taken care of without me even having to request them. My car has been registered with DMV already and plates are being sent by FedEx and this is day 10 of having my car! Top notch service!! I’m definitely a huge fan! More
I will never use Carvana again. I had a bad experience with them. Delivery was put off again and again. Then I was delivered a car that already had error lights on.
