The mileage advertised on your website, including the 360 views, pictures and the Carfax report, was not the correct mileage. We showed the advertised on the website to the gentlemen who delivered the car. He made the note on his Ipad. Also, the only reason why I kept the car was that I was promised compensation which has yet to be received. I find your response to be irresponsible and unprofessional by replying to my review without first checking the facts. This could have been resolve in one call. I called the same day I received the car exactly because of the 7 days. I have been waiting for almost three weeks now for a manager to give me a call. The only answer I get is this one from today, which is the response to my complaint left on your website.
