Everything seemed to be handled professionally. The fellow who delivered the car was helpful and friendly. Toward the end of the process, however, communication seems to have fallen. Hate to admit it, but as a senior, I found some of their instructions confusing. I'm very pleased with their vehicle prep and care, delivery and pickup of trade-in, the vehicle itself. Some of the process instructions confusing. I'm very pleased with their vehicle prep and care, delivery and pickup of trade-in, the vehicle itself. Some of the process seemed redundant, but I figure they got burned somewhere along the line and are just protecting themselves. All in all, a good deal, but take your time and get clarification of issues as you go. Customer service was genuine and helpful. More

I absolutely love my vehicle, however, I would never go the Carvana route again. Terrible customer service! We left our insurance snap shot plug in our trade & I called 3 different times, spoke to 3 diffe the Carvana route again. Terrible customer service! We left our insurance snap shot plug in our trade & I called 3 different times, spoke to 3 different people who took down my number and said they'd call me back. None of them ever tried to get back with me. I even offered to swing by & pick it up as we live maybe 10 minutes away from the Carvana dealer. That wasn't an option because they'd already moved my trade. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed & now owe $50 to my insurance company. The money isn't the biggest deal, it's the lack of follow through. If we couldn't get it back, fine, just tell me that and don't tell me you'll call me back when you have zero intentions to do so. Once I drove off your lot, I was no longer treated as a customer. Like I said, I love the vehicle I purchased, but if I had this to do over again, I'd choose a different place to purchase from. More

Had just purchased a separate vehicle 'the old way' 6 months prior. I'll never go back. Good (competitive) price and fabulous, fast delivery. Top tip: Carefully look the vehicle over when it comes of months prior. I'll never go back. Good (competitive) price and fabulous, fast delivery. Top tip: Carefully look the vehicle over when it comes off the truck and note ANY variations from the on-line pictures. That seems to smooth out the process of dealing with any issues. Note to Carvana: Teach your detailers how to polish a car without getting wax in the cracks and on the fabric surfaces (i.e. convertible top). More

I wanted to sell my car. They procrastinated and had me submit everything twice. The day the were to pick up my Honda and pay me for it they text and told me they are picking it up but will not have a chec submit everything twice. The day the were to pick up my Honda and pay me for it they text and told me they are picking it up but will not have a check ready. They need to mail it instead. I lost a day at work because of their incompetence: Carvana, drop off a car to me with all the paperwork and I’ll put a check in the mail. No one ever followed up when I would not give them my car. As a result I was offered more money from CarMax. More
